I have been shopping online with Mary Maxim for over a year. Many crochet afghan and baby afghan patterns. Love the selection. Love the prices. This time I decided to go pick up my order. It was a lovely 40 Min drive and when I got there, I discovered it is an AMAZING store. Clean, loads of craft items and other things to buy. Staff are so friendly. Worth the Drive!!

Overwhelming to the non-crafter (me), Mary Maxim is an Aladdin's cave of treasures for those in the know. Sewing, knitting, crochet, needlework, and more, MM has the tools and supplies to support novice and expert crafters. Came out for the tent sale with my favourite crocheter(s), and they left with five bulging bags of yarn and supplies for their next projects. Lots of helpful knowledgeable staff!

I placed an order online, then realized that the store is only 30 minutes away! I decided to pick up my order instead, and had no problems with changing to pick up. I was so happy I made the drive. The store is fantastic! I was surprised to see a wide selection of more than just craft items - lots of personal care and home decor items as well, neatly organized and displayed. The store was so clean. I love the selection of items, and the prices were quite reasonable. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure about the complexity of one of the crochet patterns, and one of the staff members gave me a quick lesson. I will definitely keep coming back!

Pretty cool store. A bit smaller than I expected but still, plenty of nice crafts and crafts supplies. I ended up spending over $100 and was pleased with the prices.

So much fun! We got there with only 15 minutes before closing. We made the most of it...divided and got what we needed. I got a great deal on sock yarn and needle holders at the tent sale and then found the clearance room! Then I got a nice pair of needles as well! Heaven!

Have been shopping with Mary Maxim regularly since I retired I October 2020. Normally the shipments take about 7 to 10 days to arrive with Canada Post. Thus last order I made on a Wednesday and it arrived on Sunday by Intercomm. Best move ever! Love dealing with Mary Maxim. I have purchased several Afghan kits.

I was sadly disappointed. I was expecting a giant crafting store. What I got was a giant store stuffed with hodgepodge stuff and things to buy not make. Yes it has crafting stuff but that was thrown in with Bras and clothing and kitchen gadgets. My grandmother would be sooooo sad
